Been Busy!

The sewing machine has been humming away since I last posted! Here are some things it has created...


Travel case for the curling iron or flat iron... great protection for the iron as well as the clothes!

A new quilt- and my favorite so far. I have to find a better way to take pictures though...

A much needed new ironing board cover...

And a baby quilt with some fun fabrics that I found.

More Quilts... As Promised

Proof that the reason I haven't been blogging is due to the massive amount of work being done!

This quilt was commissioned by a good friend. It's about 6 feet long, so it makes for a good curl up and watch a movie quilt.


I have to be honest here... I loved these fabrics and decided I had to make a quilt out of them. Its going in the shop seeing as I don't have room for it here.

One of my friends had a baby not too long ago and this is a gift to him. I only found out after the quilt had been done, that I picked the exact colors that are going to be in his room! Lucky Me!

This final quilt was done for the shop. It's a baby quilt, but bright and summery! I LOVE the fabrics.

As of right now, I have the secret quilt top done, and I love it! On top of that I have a jelly roll quilt waiting as well as a coin quilt... and now I have to go so I can get to work!

Hi Ho, Hi Ho, It's Off to Work We Go......

Things have been very busy around here lately! I finished these quilts and a number of others that I will be loading up later. Right now I am in the process of quilting the top of a secret project... once the recipient has the gift, I will post pics on here! Hope everyone is having a great 4th!

Ruthie Clutch

So upon waking up this morning after a VERY long night of washing and ironing clothes for my mom to go and take care of my grandmother-- somehow I still managed to be productive. This was my first attempt at thic clutch and I think it went really well!

Other Things Hanging Around

These beautiful fabrics have been patiently waiting on the shelf. They desperately want to be made into something... and maybe in a couple of days I will have the time to use them. Until then they shall remain on the shelf.

I'm Blue

I have been working on this afghan for quite some time. And it is growing into a monster, however, I will be glad to see it done! And until this week is over I can't being to work on all the other wonderful projects I have lined up!
